At Marcuse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium swimwear and apparel. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are in their original condition, unworn, and unwashed, with all Marcuse tags and hygienic liners still securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location to send it back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
